Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vidnets website, Vidnets Studio, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Using the Services

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it.

Content and permissions

You retain responsibility for the scripts, media, trademarks, and other material you submit or ask the Services to process. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for that material. You are also responsible for checking licenses and usage restrictions for any third-party media or outputs before publication.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, abuse third-party platforms, or create content that facilitates fraud, harassment, exploitation, or other harmful activity.

Plans and payments

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that grants the purchasing account access to the current Pro feature tier for the life of the Vidnets Studio service, subject to these Terms. The current price, taxes, and final amount are shown before payment in Polar checkout. A lifetime purchase does not renew. Existing monthly or yearly subscribers keep their paid access and must cancel future renewal before buying Lifetime Pro; cancelling renewal does not end their current paid period. A full refund removes the corresponding lifetime access. Payment processing is handled by the provider shown at checkout. We may suspend or limit access for failed payment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Third-party services

The Services may connect to Google, Supabase, YouTube, payment providers, and other third-party services. Their terms and policies may also apply. We do not control third-party availability, content, or policy changes.

Intellectual property

Vidnets and its software, branding, designs, and documentation are owned by Vidnets or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services while your access is authorized; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that generated content will be suitable for every purpose. You should maintain backups of important material.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, collect payment, or address a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Services change. The current version will remain available on this page. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Vidnets access form.
