Vidnets (“Vidnets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Vidnets website at vidnets.com and the Vidnets Studio products and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Contact and access requests: your name, email address, interests, and any message you submit through our access form.
• Account information: when you sign in, authentication is handled by Google and Supabase. We may receive your name, email address, profile image, account identifier, and sign-in status.
• Service and device information: basic browser, device, diagnostic, and usage information needed to secure accounts, enforce plan limits, and keep the Services reliable.
• Payment information: if you purchase a plan, payment details are handled by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Services, respond to requests, process access or purchases, maintain account and plan state, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to operate the Services, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and application data, hosting and analytics providers for website delivery, and payment providers for checkout. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms and our instructions where applicable.

Cookies and local storage

Vidnets may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, maintain a signed-in session, protect the Services, and understand basic site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect sign-in or product functionality.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, legitimate business records, security, dispute resolution, or legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to stop receiving non-essential communications. To make a request, use the Vidnets access form and mention “Privacy Request” in your message.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
